This boutique grower blends Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Frantoio, Leccino and Picual olive trees growing on Maraekakaho Road, Hawke’s Bay. A single variety oil from Koroneiki trees is also produced. They are planted in ashy sandy loam over gravel and draw water from the Heretaunga Aquifer. The olives are hand and machine picked in May/June and cold pressed within 24 hours to produce award winning extra virgin oil.

Telegraph Hill

Telegraph Hill is an award winning producer of New Zealand olives, extra virgin olive oil and gourmet food products.

In 2001 Telegraph Hill was the first producer of commercial table olives in New Zealand, and now is the largest producer of New Zealand grown table olives.  From beginnings in a shed on the grove, Telegraph Hill now produce 25 tonnes of table olives and extra virgin olive oil annually at their purpose built Olivery.
